Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Digital delivery only

SimplyUpsell is an online service. There is no physical product, no parcel and no postal delivery.

2. What you receive

• Activation of your plan on your SimplyUpsell account.
• An email to the address you paid with, confirming activation and explaining how to sign in.
• Access to Offer Studio, your store keys and the embed script.

3. Delivery time

We activate your plan and send the confirmation email within 24 hours of a successful payment, often much sooner. Create your account with the same email address you pay with. If you paid without creating an account, create one now with that email, or write to us from the address you paid with, and we apply the plan to it. Activation is done by hand every day of the week and is not limited to our support hours (Mon to Fri, 09:00 to 17:00 UK time). The 24 hour limit counts from the moment payment is confirmed, including weekends and bank holidays.

To make matching easy, create your account on SimplyUpsell first and pay with the same email address.

4. If you do not receive your email

• Check your spam or promotions folder.
• Try logging in at the login page with the account you created.
• If 24 hours have passed, email support@simplyupsell.com with your payment email and the date of payment and we will fix it or resend it.

5. What you need

A device with an internet connection and an online store where you can add a line of code to your pages.

6. No shipping or customs

Because nothing is shipped, there are no shipping fees, delivery addresses or customs charges. Taxes, if they apply, are shown at checkout.

7. Refunds if we cannot deliver

If we cannot give you access, you are entitled to a full refund, whether or not the 14 days have passed. See the Refund Policy.
